If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Extraordinarily easy transaction. The website is easy to navigate. Choosing a floral arrangement and checking out took less than, I suspect, ten (10) minutes. The one to whom I sent the flower arrangement received the gift within what seemed like an hour or two. While the picture of the flowers on the website portrayed a nice gift, the recipient was overwhelmed by the beautiful colorful array of flowers. I've sent a lot of flowers over the years. For years I used two online competitors for all my flower orders. After some recent disappointment in not only quality, but customer service, I decided I should probably start using a local company. I do appreciate small businesses as well. Knowing I had a busy week ahead, I placed my order early to get it off my 'to-do; list. I was immediately greeted with a phone call from the florist confirming the delivery date. They wanted to make sure I hadn't accidentally chosen the wrong date. :) The flowers arrived on time, and were impeccable. Fresh, bright, vibrant fall colors. And, they looked better than the picture - something I have found is RARELY the case; especially when ordering online. We could not be happier with the outcome. FAF will be my go-to florist forever.
